OPI Nails and Gels

Why are thin nails a problem?

Thin nails produce less Keratin. Keratin is used to bond the product(OPI gel) to the natural nail. If the nail is too thin, then it does not produce enough Keratin, and so the product (OPI gel) will not bond properly to the natural nail.

How can I improve the health of my thin nails?

To improve the health of the nail it is best to use the OPI Nail Envy two weeks prior to having OPI gel applied to the nails.

The OPI nail Envy can be purchased at Takara. To maintain the health of your nails you can apply the OPI Nail Envy on top of the OPI gel.
